Senior Academy Camp Overview
The Senior Academy Camp is solely focused on providing an environment that will help develop and expose players to the next levels of play. Whether you aspire to make a varsity or club team or if you want to play at the collegiate level or beyond, this camp will offer what you need to pursue those goals. The camp will combine technical training, functional training, coordination training, small-sided games, and full-sided games in a quality teaching environment.
With a storied tradition of NCAA National Championships and professional players the SIUE Cougars’ brand of soccer is founded upon players mastering the technical abilities to play an attractive possession style that focuses on 1- and 2- touch passing, movement on and off the ball, and quick speed of thought without it.
We have gathered some of the top professional, collegiate, club and high school coaches from around the nation to teach at this camp. Our coaching staff knows what it takes to get to the next level and they will show and teach you techniques, and tactics, and convey to you the discipline needed to achieve your goals. A recruiting seminar presentation which covers NCAA recruiting information will be held in addition to other off-field lectures including video analysis. All campers will receive a practice planner to help in their continued development.
Campers will be put through many of the same activities used by the SIUE Cougars Men’s Soccer team.
All campers will each receive a Nike camp T-shirt and a practice planner to help with individual development.

Individual and small group training is the basis of the goalkeeping program; however, we don’t stop there.
Small-sided and full- sided games will provide opportunities to put new and improved technical skills to the test.
